For one of our customers, an ITO leader based in UK, for his plan to open in Morocco, we are looking for a :


Recruitment Consultant


Mission:


- be in charge of attracting best candidates to fill temporary or permanent job positions regarding client needs.

- be engaged in some form of business development and networking, meeting with potential new clients, advising on market trends and recruitment tools and techniques.

- draft advertisements in different range of media.

- use social media to advertise positions,attract candidates.

- go through networking, headhunting, referrals to identify and approach suitable candidate’s.

- screen candidates, interview them, run references checks and select suitable ones.

- organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client.

- inform candidates about the results of their interviews.


Skills:


- Degree in HR or equivalent.

- 5 years in the same position.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet targets.

- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.

- Strong communications and negotiating skills.

- Good presentation skills.

- Well-organized and results driven.

- Fluent in Arabic and French, good level of English is a must (Minimum B2)
